The stable version of Android 11 is now available and while it's not the most revolutionary update we've ever seen, there are a lot of reasons to be excited about it.Whether you are looking for new chat notifications, chat bubbles for messaging apps, or handling upgraded permissions, it may take some time before you can actually start messing around with all of these new Android 11 goodies.
Android 11 will arrive in a wide range of smartphones, but timelines change depending on the manufacturer and the region, as Samsung used to be one of the manufacturers that you can't count on for good software support, but over the past year they have improved dramatically. On August 5, Samsung announced that it is now committed to three years of major operating system updates for all of its flagship phones, from the Galaxy S10 series onwards. As the Android 11 system update will arrive on the following phones:
Galaxy S10 Galaxy S10 + Galaxy S10e Galaxy S10 Lite Galaxy S20 Galaxy S20 + Galaxy S20 Ultra Galaxy Note 10 Galaxy Note 10+ Galaxy Note 20 Galaxy Note 20 Ultra The Galaxy S9 series should be able to boot up to the system, but without Samsung's warranty.
Samsung is also rolling out a public beta for One UI 3.0 user destination based on Android 11 in the US and Korea for the Galaxy S20 series, giving select Galaxy phone owners the ability to try the latest Android version. As for the speed with which Samsung will introduce the new Android system on its phones, we expect the update to come within a few months of the initial launch, based on the Android 10 system that Google launched on September 3, 2019, where both the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S9 are updated in December and January. And, we will likely see a similar schedule this year with the new Android.
Also, only a few mobile device manufacturers have announced their plans for Android 11 updates, and some companies are still in the process of introducing Android 10 to their devices, as for HMD Global, it hasn't released Android 10 yet for most Nokia phones that contain it. For the latest Android version, (HMD Global) is working on Android 11 updates, and it looks like they will be announced soon; Because some details were posted on the (Nokia Mobile) Twitter account, and the post has since been removed, but a screenshot was taken.
